How to Return/Exchange Products?

  • A Return/Exchange request has to be placed within 7 days from the time of order delivered, on WhatsApp help desk. Return/Exchange is possible in case of product damage, size issue or design change. For request processing, you can Write us at info.indianicstores@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9588236925 within 7 days of receiving the package. Else the request will be terminated.
  • Once we receive the request, after having a conversation with customer, we will approve and confirm exchange request.
  • We will pick up your return/exchange product, if pin-code area serviceable to pick up. In any case return pick up services not available for customer pincode, Customer have to send the item itself to given address(as discuss on What’sApp help-desk). Please mention your name, address, number & order ID properly on the parcel)
  • After submitting the parcel, customer has to share the details or image of acknowledgement receipt, via WhatsApp No. +91-9588236925
  • As soon as we receive the product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will process for product exchange/refund within 7 working days.
  • In case of an exchange, if the size is not available, you can place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy. No other product can be exchanged on behalf of the same.
  • We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.200 in case of Return, the same shall be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Procedure

Product should be well handled to be exchanged and unused with proper tags and labels. We take 12-15 business days for the procedure of exchange. Once we receive the product from the customer’s end, we get it checked properly and then process the exchanged size.

Exchange Limit

Items once exchanged are not subjected to any returns or further exchange. The exchange of products is a one time process.

Cancellation

In case of COD/Prepaid order cancellation, it can be done within 24 hours of order placed. After that no cancellations will be accepted.

TIPS FOR HASSLE FREE PURCHASE

  • Please refer to our size chart before placing any order with us.
  • If you cant find your size in our size list, please feel free to contact us.
  • Depending on your body measurements, please refer to the size chart on product page to determine your size. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a relaxed fit.
  • Sometimes, the color of cotton fabric can bleed due to different printing techniques, it is advisable to use the wash care instruction of each product. It is advisable to wash cotton outfits separately in cold water bucket and dried out.
  • Our products are photographed professionally under controlled lighting. Colors can be perceived differently depending on factors such as shot angles, lighting, background tones and color temperatures. As a result, colors may vary. Nevertheless, we strive to match the tones as close to the original product colors as possible.
